I think one of my roommates might be sneaking in my room while I'm not there, but I can't prove it! And if its not him I don't want to wrongfully accuse him either! I know I should just buy a video camera, but I can't right now. Just being able to see it through my phone is enough proof for me. I suggest you check out the Spycam Lizard software. It gives you access to the webcam remotely, but even more interesting is the motion detection feature; it can take snapshots if something moves in the room.
-Install the software
-Start the software, enable http feature in the settings, this will enable remote-view. You can then use the smartphone to connect to your computer's IP to see the webcam.
-Setup the motion detection, it will save evidence in a folder. The program can also run hidden.
