If I buy a used tmobile 4G smartphone for $150, what is the final price to activate it?

I want to buy a used mytouch 4g tmobile phone off craigslist. I know tmobile has a prepaid 4G plan. I want the one thats $50 dollars a month. So id be $200 for that.. but what other costs are there to activate? Thanks
