well with koodo, you have to buy a minimum, i have local calling (have to), unlimited texting, and web browsing (25mb) for 25 dollars per month, but mine is a 3 year contract, which they take off of your bill, so you dont need to pay for your phone C: . koodo is pretty decent. and i have a galaxy nexus. its awesome :D, the average cost for a smart phone is like, 15 - 60. 60 if you want every little thing offered.

How much does the average smartphone cost/per month on a single plan?
I was thinking about getting up to date with the times and getting a smart phone. However I would most likely have to just be on my own plan. Around how much would it cost per month? even just an average/median . I am open to suggestions on what phones/service providers are good as well.
